Rare Taste is a wine education and experience platform built around one simple idea: wine should be joyful, not intimidating. Based in Sonoma County, California, we create private tastings, themed wine flights, and pop-up dinners that put local low-intervention producers at the head of the table, plus a travel concierge service that plans honest Sonoma itineraries — the hotels, the tasting rooms, and the dinner reservations that make a wine country trip actually good. Our writing, hosted on The Log, covers natural wine, food, and travel in the same approachable voice: no scores, no jargon walls, and absolutely no pretending.
